Admission Procedure:

Eligibility Criteria (for admission to SYJC Class)

  1. Students who have passed Class XIth Adarsh Junior College can apply for Class XIIth
  2. After Submiting form, download the Application form copy, Challan and print Out.
  3. The Fees Amount should be paid to the College Bank account as mentioned on Challan, by Bank Deposite, IMPS/NEFT/RTGS
  4. After Paying the Fee, Send Payment details (Tractions Photo, or Numbers)on WhatsApp on Given Number.
  5. Fee Receipt will be Confirm after Whatsapp.
  6. Printed form, Challan or RTGS receipt and required documents to be submitted in college after the commencement of the College.

  • S.S.C. Certificate & Statement of Mark List (Attested Xerox Copy)
  • XIth Mark List (Attested Xerox Copy)
  • Leaving Certificate (Original)
  • Adhar Card (Attested Xerox Copy)
  • Caste Certificate (Attested Xerox Copy)
  • Ration Card (Attested Xerox Copy)
  • Bank Passbook (Students/Parents)(Attested Xerox Copy)

Note:

  • Photo copies should be self attested by original signature and not rubber stamp signature.
  • Students are advised in their own interest, that before submitting certificates, mark sheets etc., in
    the original to the College office, they should retain true copies of the documents with themselves.
    The Original School Leaving Certificate or Transference Certificate will be kept by the College permanently
    and under no circumstances will it be given back to the students. Hence, students should keep sufficient
    number of photocopies of School Leaving or Transference Certificates with them.

General Instructions:

  1. Uniform is complusory to the students of 11th & 12th Only.
  2. Oral Exam., Practival Exam., Tutorials, Unit Test, Semester Exams and Seminars are compulsory for concerned Students.
  3. The result of 11th Commerce and Science is prepared on the basis of average marks in the academic year.
  4. Students must be disciplinary in the college premises.
  5. 75% attendance is essential to appear in the exam as per rules of state goverment.
  6. Identity card is must for students in the premises.
  7. The decision of Principal will be final and binding on the student in all controversial matter.
